The First Illness of the Season

I've been anxious to update everyone on how Liliana LOVES school! I'm waiting for lots of pictures to be downloaded from the camera,....so some fun posts are on the way.

In the meantime, it took only two half days of Kindergarten for Lili to catch her first illness. Of course I don't know for sure if she got it at school, but it is a logical guess. It started Sunday night. Lili had been very difficult all day. By dinner time she had developed a fever. That night she threw up. Yesterday she had a slight fever, but seemed to be on the mend. That night the fever climbed and she threw up twice. Today, she has the symptoms of a fever (chills and feels hot to me) but the thermometers (I tried two) say otherwise. She is currently asleep on the couch.

Faith threw up just before lunch, and now she has a fever.

I'm washing my hands like crazy, and praying I don't get it. It isn't that I wouldn't gladly endure the symptoms for my kids, but who is going to take care of them if I'm down?
