Museum of Science

We recently brought all four kids to the Museum of Science in Boston. I was so excited to have my kids get to do something "normal", since many activities (like the beach) are impractical with triplet two year olds.

The trip planning began with Jim cleaning out the van. The triplets "helped".

Now everytime we go anywhere Faith says, "I DRIVE! I WANNA DRIVE!"

We were blessed to have our friend Meredith join us. She made the trip possible since we really needed another person to chase our children!

The children love Meredith. Joe calls her "Merf".

We planned our visit carefully, selecting only a few exhibits. We started with the Planets. Liliana loves to read about the planets and stars. She was moving so fast we don't have any pictures of her at this exhibit.

We spent most of our time at the Discovery Center which is geared toward younger children and filled with things you can touch and play with.

Eve at the abacus.

Don't let these serene pictures of them doing puzzles fool you. I'm amazed that Faith and Joe stopped running around long enough for me to take their picture!

Liliana in the Beehive. She is wearing a bee costume.....

...but running so fast we couldn't get a good picture of her in it!

Peek-a-boo Joe!

Eve spent most of her time playing in the water pool.

Lili enjoyed the water pool as well.

Liliana is also fascinated by the human body, so that was our next exhibit.

Dr. Barrett

Lili making the skeleton pedal.

Daddy takes a turn.

Meredith does the table cloth trick.

The "bridge to nowhere" that kept Faith running while we made bathroom trips.

No trip to the Boston Museum of Science is complete without seeing the dinosaur!

THAT DAY WAS SO MUCH FUN!!!!
They were all so good and I think they had a really fun time, which was really great to see. I loved hearing them all laugh and smile at the different exhibits and it was really cool how fascinated Lili was in everything!
Thanks for bringing me along!
